CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@southernhills.in or +91 9074613413. Once the cancellation request is received and confirmed within the specified time frame, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Only Full Cancellation is allowed. Partial Cancellation or Partial Order Cancellation is not permitted or accepted. If you need to cancel the order, it needs to be done within 24 working hours.

RETURN POLICY

* We will only accept a return if the item shipped to you is defective or damaged. The item needs to be returned to us within 5 days from the date of delivery in its original packaging. The product should be in unused condition. The replacement would be sent to you as soon as we receive the returned product.

* When a product is returned, the reason needs to be indicated in brief. The invoice of the product needs to be put along with the order number and the note.

* Kindly note that a replacement/return facility is only provided for products bought from our online store www.southernhills.in and not for orders bought physically from stores or other online shopping sites.

Return Process

Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@southernhills.in or +91 9074613413 within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Return Shipment: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item(s) and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@southernhills.in or +91 9074613413. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund as needed.

REFUND

  1. If you pre-pay, you are entitled for a refund in the following circumstances:
  2. Your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
  3. You are cancelling the order at the time of confirmation due to unavailability of the items you ordered at the time of booking.
  4. Our decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.
  5. If you choose cash on delivery then you will not be required to pay for:
  6. Orders where the packaging has been tampered or damaged by us.
  7. Wrong order being delivered.
  8. Items missing from your order at the time of delivery.

Our Return Policy

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

– To return your product, you should mail your product to: Southern Hills Industries Private Limited, 1st floor, Salam Plaza , Talap , Kannur, Kerala, Pin 670 002

– You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

– Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

– Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
